New Feature: New Notifications Available
Supered has a few new notifications available for partners and clients.
New Notifications Include:
Action Plans - When an Action Plan is completed, all owners and assignees are notified when an Action Plan is completed.
Partners - Partners are notified when a client has redeemed an invitation link and when a new user joins a team (from invite link OR direct email invitation).
New Notification Types:
Partner Notifications - Partner teams get notified whenever an activity occurs from the client accounts or teams they manage.
New Preferences Available:
Partner Notification Preferences - Partners can now select which notifications they see for activities related to their clients. Locate this in your Settings tab.
Important - By default, all users are currently opted out of this feature.
To Opt In - Go to your Settings and find a new section called “Partner Notifications”. Set your time preference (immediate or digest) and which notifications you want to receive.
