Improved Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state: All users would be present on a process board and you would have to go in and pin users you wanted to easily view and/or hide users you didn’t want to see.

Improved state: With the “Manual Only” option, you can now start with a clean slate and manually select the users or groups you want to add to the process board.

  • Manually select - Choose exactly which users and groups are tracked on a process board, rather than having them added automatically when a rule is triggered.

    • Note: You do still have the option to “Auto” add users, if you choose.

  • Analytics - Analytics and records will only reflect the users you’ve explicitly added.

How to access this feature:

  1. On the process board page, click the settings icon in the leaderboard or rankings box.

  2. Select Manual Only.

  3. Select the Sort Order you want to utilize for this board.

  4. Click Add next to any users or groups you want to trigger on this board.

  5. Click Save.

Improved Feature

Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state: After joining or creating a new team, the user would log in to their account and see a red banner to install the Chrome extension.

Improved state: When joining or creating a new team, there will be a new step added to the flow requesting the user to install the Chrome extension before logging in.

  • They will have three options:

    • Install Chrome Extension - Directs the user to chrome to install.

    • I’ve installed it - Confirms that the extension has already been installed.

    • Skip for now - They can bypass this and the red banner will still appear after log in, prompting them to install the Chrome extension.

New Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

Process rulesets and rules now work with HubSpot segments.

What’s new?

  • [BETA] Imports logic from HubSpot:

    • We have added a new beta feature to import dynamic segment logic from existing HubSpot segments into Supered.

      • Please reach out to in-app support chat if you find cases we don't support.

  • Segment criteria (similar to associations):

    • We have added the ability to specify segment membership as criteria when building rulesets or rules.

How to access this new feature:

  1. Processes → Process Rules

  2. Click into your desired ruleset or rule.

  3. Available in both flows to select Import Segment:

    • Rules (new rules only)

      1. Click + Create Rule.

      2. Import Segment button will be available inside the rule builder.

    • Rulesets

      • New

        1. Click + Create Ruleset.

        2. Click Add Criteria.

        3. Import Segment is available when building out ruleset entry & exit criteria.

      • Existing

        1. Navigate to a ruleset.

        2. Click the gear icon on either entry or exit criteria.

        3. Import Segment button is available to import logic into criteria.

Benefit: Time

  • Save yourself time by not building logic from scratch when you have already spent time in HubSpot building logic that can also be useful in this ruleset or rule.

Improved Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state: The pages for process boards, multi-process boards, and process rulesets did not have an easy way to go back to the "Boards" or "Rules" list views.

Improved state: There is now a navigation path at the top of these pages to allow easy navigation back to "Boards" and "Rules".

Improved Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state: You would leave a process board and return to all the filters being reset.

  • Issue: Wasted time filtering back to your desired view.

Improved state: Process board filters now persist between visits. Your last-used filter will automatically restore when you return.

  • Benefit: Saves you time. No more resetting filters every time you navigate away.

Improved Feature

Bases, Cards, & Guides

Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state:

  • “Guide Me” - This was automatically enabled for each guide.

  • Navigation URLs - We did not hide navigation URLs in guides. They created multiple extra steps within a guide that were unnecessary.

Improved state:

  • “Guide Me” - This is now an “opt-in” feature.

    • Users have the option to check that box and reactive the “guide me” function.

  • Navigation URLs - We now hide the navigation URLs by default.

    • Users have the option to uncheck that box and reactivate them within the guide.

How do I make necessary edits?

  • With a new guide, here are the default settings. You can adjust before saving.

  • Once the guide is created, you can click Edit on the guide to turn these functions on or off as needed.
