In addition to the existing rule boxes at the top of a record, rule violations can now be surfaced via a draggable floating window or a sidebar panel.
This supports all primary records including leads within HubSpot and Salesforce.
The entire feature can be toggled on or off per team.
Why this matters: Previously, you may scroll down and lose sight of the rule violations as you’re working. Having a dynamic panel allows you to move around the record without losing sight of the rule information you need.
Floating button: A draggable button lives in the bottom corner of the page.
Placement: This can be dragged and repositioned anywhere on the bottom of the screen.
Action: Clicking opens a floating window that lists all rule violations on the record.
Floating window: A moveable window displaying all rule highlights for the record.
Card view: Click into any violation to view the card. You can view it within the window itself or click the card icon to open the full card in Sidekick.
Rule editing: Users with ‘manage’ permissions will see a gear icon that opens directly into the process rule for quick editing access.
Sidekick: If you don’t want the floating window, you can click the external link button to open it in Sidekick so you get a side-by-side.
How to turn on and off:
Default: By default, all accounts have been given access to the new ‘rule highlights’ panel.
Turn off: Settings → Extension → [Uncheck] Record Highlights → Save

We are excited to introduce streaks to your process board enforcement. Streaks are here to create healthy competition and accountability between reps.
What: Track clean-board consistency across your team with streaks.
Leaderboard: Toggle between violations and streaks.
Home widget: A new home widget surfaces your personal streaks across all boards in one place. This allows for quick discovery of any at risk or broken streaks.
All: View a list of all streaks.
At risk: Active streak, but you haven’t hit zero yet today. Act now or lose it.
Broken: Streak is gone. Shows you where to go to fix it so you’re back on track.
Active: Clean streaks that are in good shape.
Assistant: Ask Supered Assistant streak-related questions. Examples: “Who has the longest running streak?”, “What’s my current streak on this board?”, or “Show me the streak leaderboard.”
How it works: Streaks only count weekdays. Weekends are automatically excluded so a streak doesn’t appear broken over the weekend.
Daily vs. weekly: Customize the streak cadence between daily and weekly streak tracking. Set this via a team default or on a per-board basis.
Daily: A clean period is a single weekday with zero open violations.
Weekly: A clean period is any week that contains at least one clean weekday.
Add home widget:
Access: You may not have access to edit your home page so if you do not see the “My Board Streaks” widget showing or the “Edit Home” button on the top right of your home page, then reach out to your Admin.
Edit Home: Click Home → Click Edit Home → Click Add Panel → Click My Board Streaks → Position this panel how you’d like it to show on the home page

Improved Feature
Required Plan: Everyone

We have updated the list of users to exclude deactivated users by default.
Previous state:
All users: You would see all users, whether they were deactivated or active.
Issue: This could look overwhelming or messy after a while with a lot of space being taken up by deactivated users unnecessarily.
Improved state:
Default: The users table will exclude deactivated users by default.
Adjust: Don’t worry, you can adjust this setting as needed, and still see your deactivated users.
How: Locate this table on your Settings page, under the User section. Change the ‘Active’ filter at the top and filter by activation and licensing status.

Improved Feature
Action Plan + Tasks
Required Plan: Everyone

You can now limit the number of attempts that a person can take when doing a quiz in an action plan. Quizzes (Knowledge Checks) are only built into a templated action plan.
Previous state: A user could have unlimited attempts and re-attempt once completed.
Improved state: You now have the option to control this.
Default: The default state is still unlimited. You can change this to a set number.
Ideal for: This is best used when creating a true knowledge check where your team gets 1 try to prove they know the material.
How to:
When you’re creating or editing a ‘knowledge check’ task, the ‘configure knowledge check’ box will appear and you can set the Attempts Allowed.
