Packages
Required Plan: Partner

We now support Ticket SLA Rules in the package builder.
Note: This only works with HubSpot’s Advanced SLA mode. The default and priority SLA modes are not supported.
Dependencies: As with all package builder resources, dependencies are detected and included automatically. Custom ticket properties and pipelines referenced by the rule will come along with the package.
New: If a rule with the same name already exists in the target workspace, you’ll be prompted to update the existing rule, keep it as-is, or cancel.

We now support Quote Template and Quote Template (Legacy) in the package builder.
Warning: Portal dependent - The ‘legacy’ option is for the old system of HubSpot portals so it may not work in every account. Vice versa, the standard ‘quote template’ option will only work on the newer HubSpot portals and may not be available for every account.
Supered Daniel will walk you through how to create and install packages that include these new resources for quote templates.

Improved Feature
Bases, Cards, & Guides
Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state: There was no clear way to let a user watch a video or complete an alternative task while walking through a guide before immediately moving onto the next guided step.
Improved state: We have added a new action to the guide creator and editor that allows you to pause the flow of a guide so the user can do something else (i.e. watch a video, fill out a form) before hitting next to continue.
Action added: Insert Wait & Resume Step
How to add this step to your guide:
Option 1 - During recording:
Right click (or two finger tap).
Click Sidekick Guide Recorder.
Click Insert Wait and Resume Step.
If you want to give it a specific name and description (i.e. complete the form, watch the video), remember to edit the guide afterwards. Otherwise, it will remain at the default of “Resume when ready”.
Option 2 - After recording (edit):
Go to your guide and click Edit.
Go to the desired location for adding a ‘wait & resume’ step and click Add Step.
Click Insert Wait and Resume Step.
Give this new step a title and description or leave it as the default of “Resume when ready”.

We have another frequently used table that has been updated for better use and efficiency.
Path: Partner → Partner Packages
Recent improvements:
Added:
“Created At” column
Filtering by assigned teams or tags
see all packages assigned to a specific team or tag quickly
Collapsibility of assigned teams
Previous state: If applicable, you would see 30+ accounts on a package creating a long list that was frankly annoying to scroll through.
Improved state: By default, we only show a few assigned accounts and you can expand or collapse the remainder of accounts on the list, as needed.
Compressed:
Action items compressed into the “3 dot” dropdown
Open
Add Account
Clone
Delete
Sorting:
How to: Click the column name for either of the options below.
By name (sort A → Z or Z → A)
# Installs (sort lowest → highest or highest → lowest)
Created at (sort recent → oldest or oldest → recent)

Required Plan: Everyone

Previous state: There was no easy way to see what boards your rules were associated with. It was a guessing game, which could be frustrating.
Improved state: You now have clear visibility into the boards that each rule is on.
How to view this: Click the "Process Board" tab inside the rule editor to instantly see every board where that rule is currently in play.

Updates
Required Plan: Everyone

We’ve gotten a lot of feedback on updates that sit too long and we’re excited to share this improved feature with you!
Previous state: An update has been out for a while and it’s still showing up for your team, which can be really annoying.
Improved state: Once an update reaches the “# Days Update is Shown” and expires, the update will be marked as “missed” and will no longer be shown to your team.
Default: This defaults to 14 days and you can adjust under “Audience”
Missed: View under the “Analytics” tab once the update is published

Processes
Required Plan: Everyone

We are continuing to make improvements to process boards so that the experience is smoother for you!
Recent improvements:
First column:
Sticky: The first column is now sticky and will stay on the screen as you scroll horizontally.
Minimum width: The first column will always have a minimum width to prevent making the column so small that you can't read it.
Horizontal scrollbar:
Removed: The horizontal scrollbar would previously block the very bottom row of the table and has been removed to alleviate that pain point.
Refresh:
Works as expected: Previously, when you clicked on a process board and then refreshed, you’d be directed to the “All” tab and have to click into the board again. Now, it works as you’d expect — When refreshed, the page will remain on that process board.
