Improved Feature

Processes

Previous state: All users were able to edit all records via process boards, even if they didn’t own them.

Improved state: Admin + Owner roles can edit all records, even if they’re not the owner, while user roles can only edit their own records via process boards.

  • User roles: They must be an owner on the provider record, and the Supered user must be mapped to their provider user via connections settings.

  • Custom roles: Permissions can be selected for custom roles to edit only their own records or edit all records via process boards.

  • Permissions: Added to allow for customization of edit abilities for custom roles.

New Feature

Processes

You now have the ability to leverage AI to aggregate records across all boards and launch the run queue experience via Sidekick extension.

Benefit: Describe a goal (i.e. β€œbuild a queue of all my deal records) and go from request β†’ curated queue β†’ active working session in just a couple of clicks, whether they’re using an external AI tool or the built-in Supered Assistant.

Claude (MCP):

  • Connect: Connected users can build a desired queue of records across all boards with the AI agent.

  • Launch to run: Once built, the AI agent returns a Launch URL that jumps straight into a working queue.

In-App Supered Assistant:

  • In-app experience: Same capability as Claude, but built directly in the app.

  • Run button: Describe what you want, the assistant compiles a matching queue, and then provides a β€œRun” button to launch straight into the experience.

Improved Feature

Processes

You can now setup a specific HubSpot segment to sync with Supered process rules.

Benefits:

  • Prioritize: Set up dedicated syncs for key segments (i.e. β€œopen deals”) so priority records refresh hourly, independent of the default syncs.

  • Sync on demand: Create a sync as needed, and click Sync Now for immediate action, giving you confidence that syncing is complete and your data is up to date.

How to:

  • Settings β†’ Processes β†’ Sync Configurations

  • Click + Setup Sync

  • Name the sync β†’ Select a Provider β†’ Select a Primary Object β†’ Select the Segment

  • Click Save

Syncing times:

  • Configured segments: Your new sync configurations will sync every hour.

  • Automatically: Normal data syncs will automatically sync on the following schedule:

    • Daily (4AM UTC): 1,000 most recently updated records per object type

    • Hourly: 3,000 records active on process boards

  • Manual: Need to make a change or sync immediately, click the Sync Now button.

New Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

We have updated the record floating panel (referred to as PiP, picture-in-picture, in the video) to work with the process queue function.

Benefit: This gives reps persistent, always-in-sync view of their queue without needing the sidebar open.

Process Highlights:

  • What it is: When process queue is active, the floating panel will automatically switch from β€œRecord Highlights” to β€œProcess Highlights”.

  • Visual cue: The floating panel now shows a border in your theme’s primary color (if applicable, pink by default) so it’s immediately clear that you’re in process queue mode.

  • Mirrored content: Process highlights show the exact same queue that lives in the sidebar, just in a floating panel you can drag, collapse, and reopen as needed. Use one or both, they’re fully synced.

Floating panel buttons:

  • Stop: Stop a process queue directly from the floating panel using the stop button.

  • Pop out: Use the external pop out button to open the extension and view your process highlights in the sidebar.

  • Down: Click the down arrow to minimize the floating panel.

Improved Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

We have improved the reliability and performance when launching process boards into the extension.

Composite board: When launching or running a composite board, all relevant records are compiled into a single queue.

  • Benefits

    • Duplication: This reduces any potential duplication of records across multiple boards within that composite board.

      • The board is indicated by the clickable board tag underneath the record primary field.

    • Simplification: Greatly simplifies the flow as users no longer need to navigate between boards as well as in between records.

  • Resume run: Reopening the extension on an existing run should pick up at the exact record the user was previously looking at in the queue.

Detailed record preview UI: The current record’s preview now pulls in configured fields from the boards it belongs to, giving users easier context when reviewing record data.

Improved Feature

Required Plan: Everyone

Users can now ask Claude or Supered Assistant to:

  • Attach guides or cards to tasks within an action plan

  • Attach cards to process rules

Example questions to ask:

  • Action Plans

    • β€œCan you link the onboarding guide to the β€˜Review Contract’ task in our New Client Plan?”

    • β€œAttach the β€˜Product Overview’ card to the first task in our Sales Enablement plan.”

    • β€œWhich tasks in our onboarding plan don’t have a card or guide linked yet?”

  • Process Rules

    • β€œCan you attach our β€˜How to fix missing close date’ card to the Missing Close Date rule?”

    • β€œLink the Deal Hygiene guide to all of our error-type deal rules.”

Improved Feature

Processes

Required Plan: Everyone

We recently updated the flow of creating rulesets and added clarity around entry and exit criteria being an optional add.

Previous state: It was not clear that entry and exit criteria for rulesets was optional to add. This may have caused confusion around sorting and organizing rules.

Improved state:

  • Flow: We adjusted the flow of creating a ruleset (Set-up Name/Object Type β†’ Choose Rules β†’ Choose Entry/Exit Criteria) so it’s more intuitive that you can bucket a set of rules together within a ruleset.

  • Optional: We also added β€˜(optional)’ next to the entry and exit criteria so you know without a doubt that it’s optional to include. Typically we would recommend adding entry and exit criteria; however, there are some cases where you simply want to bucket a set of rules together for cleaner organization.

New Feature

Announcements

Required Plan: Everyone

We have 2 new improvements for our β€˜Updates’ feature in Supered.

  1. Updates are now called Announcements.

  2. You can now email announcements to assigned users.

Updates β†’ Announcements

  • Flow: Content β†’ Announcements

    • Same feature: The feature itself has not changed, just the name of it.

      • Exception: Adding the ability to email announcements.

    • Clarity is the goal: Updates were essentially announcements to the team and could get confusing when using the term β€œupdates”, so we wanted to make the intent of this feature more clear.

Email Announcements

  • Flow: Content β†’ Announcements β†’ Create Announcement β†’ Input content and make any other necessary edits β†’ Email β†’ Select: Don’t Email, Email Assigned, Email All Assigned

  • Preview: You can see a preview of your announcement in the Email tab.

    • Rich text: Some rich text elements are not included in the email, so preview it to see how the announcement will truly appear for users.

  • Email assigned users

    • Context: All previously un-emailed users will immediately be sent the announcement via email.

    • Use case: A new hire gets added sooner after an announcement was already sent.

  • Email all assigned users

    • Context: All assigned users will immediately be sent the announcement via email, even if they were previously emailed.

    • Use case: If you materially changed the content for some reason and need to ensure all users see the changes made.
