New Feature: MCP Tools for Process Validation

AI agents connected to Supered via MCP can now propose changes to triggered records and validate them against your process rules before anything is changed in your CRM.

What's new

  • sync_engine_rule_check: Validates a CRM record against your existing process rules with proposed changes applied. Reports the current violations versus the violations after the changes.

  • process_board_records: Lists the records on a process board or composite board, so an agent can find the records to work on.

Important notes

  • Read only: These tools do not write to your CRM. They only list triggered records and test potential changes.

  • Recommended: For best results, also connect your CRM's MCP to the same AI agent.

Benefits

  • Check bulk changes against your process before making them.

  • See which violations a change would fix or introduce.

  • Let AI agents help keep records compliant without risk to CRM data.

Example

  • Ask Claude: "Push the close dates on these 30 stalled deals to next quarter and validate them against our processes."

  • Response: Claude builds the proposed changes, sends them to Supered for testing, and reports the outcome for each deal.
