Customization of Left Side Panels

Hello, I LOVE that this feature is here, however, is it possible to only take a SPECIFIC section of the panel? I have packages for each pipeline we deploy and only want to take the section relevant to that specific section. I removed properties from the package I didnt want pulled in and now it errors out.
