Deactivate User - Remove Expert

Deactivation of a user should remove them as an expert on the card - for turn over events going through 1000’s of cards to remove the expert is consuming hours and is a monotonous task that we wish was automated

further it’d be great if there were a feature during deactivation to migrate or Swap experts en mass when we rotate an expert who’s responsible

Victoria has moved on to a different role, your new expert support is karen for example —- migrate all cards listing victoria to karen as the expert

This could be in 2 places —- a popup during deactivation and an option under the user settings to migrate expert status assigned to another user
