Improve Tab Focus Behavior for Insert Link Function (a11y)

Typing / to insert a link is great. The first field focused is the “Edit URL” field. That’s great too.

However, I find myself frequently wanting to reference an existing document. Hitting tab does not navigate through the fields in a logical manner.

The creation of knowledge cards is a common action in Supered. And while we ultimately do this for the end consumer who will use that knowledge in their day-to-day, the whole system can fall apart (or never start, much less get adopted) if the builder/maintainer experience isn’t good.

In an ideal world I could hit tab twice and focus the “Search for content” field. I frequently have to stop using my mouse and keyboard and opt for voice-based navigation instead due to medical issues.
