Learning Paths

A path is a way to guide a user via cards, updates, knowledge checks to learn/retrain in the CRM.

  • V1: Updates + Cards
  • Take the user from A→Z through the path
  • Track if they finished, how far they got, how long it took
  • Interface to create a path should seamlessly let you create updates / cards (less priority)
  • Updates created for a path are not visible except during the path
  • "Action based trigger" instead of automatically visible
  • Path can be targeted based on user / group
  • Can be auto-assigned to new users (Onboard)
  • Can be re-validated every X amount of time (Everboard)
  • Remind people if they haven't finished
  • Admin should quickly see who hasn't finished (dashboard)
  • Individual user gets reminded via extension
  • Put into packages
  • V2: Knowledge checks added to paths
  • Multiple choice
  • Verification
