Logout Detection

Endstate: The ability to be able to proactively notify users (via message, email, or automation) when they're logged out, providing them with re-login steps.

A feature to detect when users are logged out of Supered and enable automated notifications. Currently, the analytics view shows "last seen in the app" but does not indicate whether a user is actually logged out.
