Record View - Custom Cards - Public beta - resource deployment

With HubSpot transitioning to a Card management system (card library) to create record views , we are seeking to have an update to the ability to deploy record views.

in the current implementation of record view deployment through packages we see an overwrite of the view occur when a record view is deployed.

previously named “sections” (now “cards”) are overwritten and replaced in entirety by the view from the supered package.

it is our hope that with hubspots new card approach to record views the addition of view sets as resources in a supered package can be done from a modular card perspective , allowing us to append cards to the current view rather than a full overwrite.

this would drastically impact the speed to deliverability for productized workflow packages built with accompanying record view cards ( left side bar and middle bar)
