Reduce Text Block Width to Be Accessible (a11y)

There is currently no max-width for card containers when viewing them in the web app interface.

Width is no more than 80 characters or glyphs (40 if CJK).

I’ll note that I recognize (and empathize) with the fact that the current HTML is not using a system that makes it easy to target selectors and so this isn’t as easy as could be.

If you folks ever develop your own design system for the app and such, I’d be super grateful if you addressed this then! 🙏
