Simple feedback from end-users on cards, guides and action plans

I’d love to have “was this helpful - yes or no” as an option to embed on cards, guides and action plans, and then see how specific cards are performing or underperforming.

Maybe this can be a block we can add through the new 2.0 editor?

As we create more and more content on supered.io (and as more time goes by), there needs a way to make sure everything is up to date and still relevant. This will give us direct feedback from the end-user.
