Support Command + Return for Posting Comments

When replying to a comment to a task in an action plan we have to use our mouse to post our reply to the comment.

It’d be great if we could simply hit ⌘ + return to post our reply.

Note: I tried hitting tab to navigate focus from the textarea to the buttons but that didn’t work either; which I suppose sense given someone may want to use tab to indent within the text itself—though, tab doesn’t seem to perform an indent either.
