Support profile photos for users

There does not seem to be a way for a user to add a profile photo currently. At least not that I could see. This results in task assignments and other surfaces of the app that reference users to simply use an icon with their initials.

I forgot the source (I think it was the Nielsen Norman Group) that had some data showing personalized profile pics enables adoption.
