Usability: Realtime Hubspot Property Update via Supered Chrome Extension

I’ve seen the below functionality before - Dooly.ai had this for Salesforce. Think of it as a CMS for Salesforce. It doesn’t have the power of a loooot of what Supered has, but this set of features let to a lot of user adoption.

Use case: A CSM (AE, SDR) is in back to back to back calls. It is unrealistic for them to update Hubspot between every customer call (ie Stage, Bant, Roles, Notes). As a result, it’s all left to the end of day, and the overall data quality is impacted.

The need is for CSM’s to update Hubspot in realtime, while also mutlitasking with a screen share. *Ideally through the Supered Chrome extension

How: Based on the event type (Kickoff, Support Session, QBR, etc) Supered Chrome extension would open a Board (I assume board) that has all the Hubspot, and Notes properties required for that event.

As the event progresses and completes, the CSM updates the properties in realtime, meeting finishes they hit save.

*This was also a use case we deployed for internal meetings such as Sales to Success, SDR to AE handoffs.
