White Label Card Landing Page

The ability to share cards as their own unique links to landing pages is great. It'd be great if the branding on these pages was consistent with the rest of the partner white label brand settings.

Also, the landing page shouldn't include the "Get Started Free" CTA button if the user is already logged in.
