A path is a way to guide a user via cards, updates, knowledge checks to learn/retrain in the CRM. V1: Updates + Cards Take the user from A→Z through the path Track if they finished, how far they got, how long it took Interface to create a path should seamlessly let you create updates / cards (less priority) Updates created for a path are not visible except during the path "Action based trigger" instead of automatically visible Path can be targeted based on user / group Can be auto-assigned to new users (Onboard) Can be re-validated every X amount of time (Everboard) Remind people if they haven't finished Admin should quickly see who hasn't finished (dashboard) Individual user gets reminded via extension Put into packages V2: Knowledge checks added to paths Multiple choice Verification

Partner ticketing for whitelabel
If you have whitelabeling, we want to minimize the involvement of Supered (really should just be domain + chrome extension) Replace the intercom experience with a HubSpot-powered ticketing flow Integrates to HubSpot tickets Optional HubSpot live chat Powered from the partner's instance, which means we need to find a way to integrate that

Allow ability to associate Tags to Cards so that you can have Cards in multiple collections and packages. If it's not via Tags then simply how can I have 1 Card live in multiple places across collections and cards

If they “END TOUR” after a guide me it automatically brings them back to all guides. what would be a lot better is if it would stay in Cards so our costumers could resume setting up and learning about their hubspot.

The issue here is that I am helping clients adopt and want to see who is viewing what card- to ID the leader or evangelist within the team to help implement and give kudos to!

Get an alert when someone downloads supered
Right now, we have to manually check to see who signed up for Supered and then assign an action plan. Let’s automate this so that we see, in HubSpot, Billy downloaded Supered. - maybe we have to manually assign an action plan or if we can automate that, even better. Thanks!

Advanced filtering on search. Search by base or asset type
Example: I need to find guide for an action plan, when I go to the search bar I get results for cards, guides and action plans. Yet I only want to search guides under the sales team base.

Home Page Creation
We create our clients home page, with their logo, a welcome video, AI chatbot and support form. Apart from the logo, we set up the same home page. It would be cool to have an option when creating a client account to duplicate/create template home page

Allow sharing of Action Plans, like cards (via .pdf, share link and LinkedIn).
Here’s the problem I’m bumping up against. 1) CEO’s and C-Suite who are not a part of day to day operations, wanting to quickly see where we stand with progress. 2) Having action plans across clients and not being able to see the progress for each without switching in and out of partner accounts (I can create a card in our Supered install and embed the action plans, but currently it adds the full interface) I do not need the action plan to be interactive (ie. it doesn’t need to have the ability to check things off as done)
