Here’s what you need to know:

• Pre-existing process boards

  • Disabled rules are no longer able to be added

  • If a disabled rule already exists within a process board (via tags or the board being created while the rule was enabled):

    • It will be marked as disabled

    • It will not include the records captured by the disabled rule in the list of records and in analytics.

• New process boards

  • You will not have the option to select a disabled rule

  • If rules are added with a tag, both enabled and disabled rules will be added to the process board
