Placeholders include:

• A phase

• A section

• A task

• Every new phase after the 1st phase will always receive an automatic section placeholder, but not a new task

Exception: If you use an already existing action plan framework when creating a new instance or template, it will not create empty sections or tasks. It will simply copy over the information as you expect it to.
