New Feature: Assign Action Plan to All Users on a Team

When creating an action plan, you can quickly assign it to every user in your account.

Benefit: This is useful when you want to do a team-wide onboarding.

How to add all users:

  • When creating an action plan:

    • Under Assignments, click the Advanced drop down, select Add all licensed users.

  • When adding users to an existing plan:

    • Click the 3 dots on the right (actions), select Manage Users, then click the Advanced drop down, and select Add all licensed users.

Improved Feature: Sync Action Plan Data to Deals/Projects

You can now sync action plan data to deals and projects. We continue to support tickets and are excited to bring this to more objects over time!

  • Connect + “write” permissions:

    • You’ll need to connect to HubSpot with “write” permissions enabled for the object you want to sync. Otherwise, you’ll see an error that permissions are not setup.

  • Project sync note:

    • The project sync will sync plan stats to the project object, but does not create or sync individual tasks to the project.

  • Setup URL:

**If you missed the first change log on syncing action plans to HubSpot (2/27/2026), you can review it here.

Improved Feature: Quizzes - Limit Number of Attempts

You can now limit the number of attempts that a person can take when doing a quiz in an action plan. Quizzes (Knowledge Checks) are only built into a templated action plan.

Previous state: A user could have unlimited attempts and re-attempt once completed.

Improved state: You now have the option to control this.

  • Default: The default state is still unlimited. You can change this to a set number.

  • Ideal for: This is best used when creating a true knowledge check where your team gets 1 try to prove they know the material.

How to:

  • When you’re creating or editing a ‘knowledge check’ task, the ‘configure knowledge check’ box will appear and you can set the Attempts Allowed.
