You can now limit the number of attempts that a person can take when doing a quiz in an action plan. Quizzes (Knowledge Checks) are only built into a templated action plan.

Previous state: A user could have unlimited attempts and re-attempt once completed.

Improved state: You now have the option to control this.

• Default: The default state is still unlimited. You can change this to a set number.

• Ideal for: This is best used when creating a true knowledge check where your team gets 1 try to prove they know the material.

How to:

• When you’re creating or editing a ‘knowledge check’ task, the ‘configure knowledge check’ box will appear and you can set the Attempts Allowed.
