You can now setup a specific HubSpot segment to sync with Supered process rules.

Benefits:

• Prioritize: Set up dedicated syncs for key segments (i.e. “open deals”) so priority records refresh hourly, independent of the default syncs.

• Sync on demand: Create a sync as needed, and click Sync Now for immediate action, giving you confidence that syncing is complete and your data is up to date.

How to:

• Settings → Processes → Sync Configurations

• Click + Setup Sync

• Name the sync → Select a Provider → Select a Primary Object → Select the Segment

• Click Save

Syncing times:

• Configured segments: Your new sync configurations will sync every hour.

• Automatically: Normal data syncs will automatically sync on the following schedule:

  • Daily (4AM UTC): 1,000 most recently updated records per object type

  • Hourly: 3,000 records active on process boards

• Manual: Need to make a change or sync immediately, click the Sync Now button.
