Previously your Action Plan Instances that were attached to a template were only visible within the Action Plan Template itself, where you could view a list of the “Plans” that had been created & assigned. You can now move these instances into other bases to help you organize your action plan instances better while ALSO keeping them contained in the Action Plan Template for Analytics. This is helpful if you want to house a customer’s action plan template in another base that has the rest of that customer’s information so it’s all in one place!

How to do this:

1. When you’re inside an Action Plan Template, Click “Plans”.

2. Click on the Action Plan Instance that you want to move.

3. Click “Actions” on the top right corner.

4. Click "Move into Base". This will create a copy of the action plan right into the base you’re in and from there, you can move it to the desired location.

5. You can put it into a folder, move it into a different base, or do whatever you need to keep your system organized the way that works best for you.

6. You can also remove it from the base if you decide to. Just click “Actions” on the top right corner and click “Remove from Base”.
