Action Plan Certificates: You now have the ability to create an Action Plan Completion Certificate that can shared via link, by printing a PDF, and can be added to LinkedIn!

• Enablement: You can enable the AP completion certificate on a per template basis or on all instances tied to a template.

  • Templates: Certificates button on top right row with Enabled or Disabled. Just click to engage either option. This enables or disables for all instances within the template and can only be controlled at the template level.

  • Instances: Click on Actions → Certificates: Enabled or Disabled.

• White Label: Certificates on Action Plans assigned from a Partner to Client will use the Partners White Label.

• Share Options:

  • Shareable Link: Change from “No Access” to “Can View” to create a link

  • Printable Version: Export as a PDF.

  • LinkedIn Cert: There is a Simple One Click “Add Certificate” to LinkedIn

If the Action Plan has “Completion Certificates ENABLED” and has officially been marked as complete, then users will see a banner across the top of your Action Plan to Get Certificate. It’s that easy!
