We now support Ticket SLA Rules in the package builder.

• Note: This only works with HubSpot’s Advanced SLA mode. The default and priority SLA modes are not supported.

• Dependencies: As with all package builder resources, dependencies are detected and included automatically. Custom ticket properties and pipelines referenced by the rule will come along with the package.

• New: If a rule with the same name already exists in the target workspace, you’ll be prompted to update the existing rule, keep it as-is, or cancel.
