Improved Feature: Support for HubSpot Agentic Workflows

Agentic workflows (workflows built on AI agents) can now be added to packages and installed like any other workflow.

When building:

  • Select an agentic workflow, just like you would normally select other workflows.

  • The agent comes along automatically as a dependency (no need to separately add it).

  • Requirement: Agent hub (beta) must be enabled in both the source and target portal.

How to use it:

  1. Enable agent hub (beta) in both portals.

    • In HubSpot → Agents → Agent Hub → Join the Beta → Join Beta → Enroll entire account → Check the box for terms → Join Beta → Success, you’ve been enrolled!

  2. Build your package and select the agentic workflow you want to include.

  3. Install as usual. The agent installs with it automatically.

New Feature: AI Agent Resource in Package Builder

Package Builder now supports “AI agent (Beta)” as a HubSpot resource type.

Benefit:

Package and deploy AI agents across client portals with one click! Build a fleet of agents once and replicate them instantly, instead of rebuilding each agent manually per portal.

  • Input Name and any other details you’d like

  • Click Build Package

New Feature: In-App Package Builder Install Flow

Package Builder and HubSpot Resources have a new in-app install flow that creates a smoother experience for users.

  • Navigation: No more navigating out of the app to HubSpot.

    • New feature: ‘HubSpot Resources’ is now a tab within the app rather than sending you elsewhere.

      • Legacy access: A link remains to trigger the old flow. You can open the sidebar, navigate to your portal, and work as normal. There is also a legacy installer.

  • Built-in portal selection: Open the portal, select your account, and you’re good to go.

    • Tab proxy: The system proxies to your browser tab where the source account is.

    • Lock 🔒: A lock icon appears on the dependency-source tab. If you try to close it, you’ll get a warning that changes may not be saved.

    • Live updates: No need to refresh in-app because changes will update live. Refreshing is only needed when using the legacy path.

    • Installer: The installer now works in-app too, so it won’t send you elsewhere. The legacy installer is still available if you prefer it.

  • How to: Initiate, build, and install

    • Initiate the package build: Click Partner → Partner Packages → Create Package → Name the package → Click Save.

    • Build package: Click HubSpot Resources → Select your HubSpot Portal → Add your HubSpot Resources → Add Dependencies → Click Publish Package Draft.

      • Legacy build: Select Click here to use the legacy resource builder if you want to still utilize the old way of building a package.

    • Install package: Click Step 1: Start Install → Open Installer → Select your portal or click Open a HubSpot Portal → Select the account → Click Install Resources.

      • Legacy install: Click Use the legacy installer if you want to still utilize the old way of installing a package.
