New Feature: Multi-Process Boards

New Feature: You can now combine individual process boards into a single view.

  • Grouping: Group boards around your processes that exist across record types and even providers.

    • Rearrange: You can reorganize the order in which they’re displayed.

    • All: You can view the all tab to see everything compiled together.

    • Create: Add in new boards later if you need to.

    • Filters: Adjust filters and see violation numbers change per board.

  • Analytics: See analytics across all of the boards.

  • Sidekick: Launch sidekick to fix all the issues in a single session and switch between boards as needed.

Use Cases:

  • Managers: Full process reviews across systems, across teams, across processes.

  • Users: “Run” a board for all of their processes at once. Have boards that prioritize different actions.

How to get started:

  • Option 1: Create composite boards from existing process boards using the main process boards list view.

  • Option 2: Create composite boards directly from an existing process board.
