New Feature - enables permitted users to manually trigger syncs for their Process Boards & Process Rules

Permitted Users - Must have the ability to manage process boards to create syncs

When to Utilize - If you made some changes to process rules or records and you want to get the most recent sync up for the board to ensure everything is up to date with the changes.

Limitations - Record and Sync Time

• Record - Supered will only process 1,000 of the most recently updated records for a given type.

  • Example - A Process Board for Deals will sync against up to 1000 of the most recently updated deals in your system.

• Sync time - Only one sync can be created for a given board / rule at a time.

  • Sync Rules button will be disabled in the middle of a sync.

How to Sync Process Boards -

1. Click Processes.

2. You’ll automatically be on your Process Boards tab.

3. Click into the board you want to sync.

4. Click Syncs on the top right corner of the board.

5. You can view all previous syncs AND/OR Click Sync Rules.

How to Sync Process Rules -

1. Click Processes.

2. Click Rules.

3. Click into the Process Rule that you want to make edits to.

4. Make any necessary edits.

5. Click Syncs.

6. Click Sync Rules.
