Bug Fix: Ruleset Criteria - Empty 'Click to Setup Filter' Error

Issue: An error would occur when saving ruleset criteria if the 'Click to setup filter' placeholder was present alongside valid criteria.

Fix: This no longer creates an error. The ‘Click to setup filter’ placeholder will be ignored and you can save as expected.
