A new dynamic rule type lets one rule show a different status for each record, based on criteria you set.

What's new

• Dynamic rule type: Select "Dynamic" under rule type on the rule building page.

• Stages: Each stage pairs a status with logic. Every record the rule captures is evaluated against the stages, and shows the status of the one it matches.

• Violation age: Use how long a record has been on a board, or in violation of the rule, as criteria.

• Fallback status: Records that match no stage get a catch-all status, such as Error.

Benefits

• One rule can show Error, Warning, Info, Positive, or Custom statuses instead of a single status.

• Escalate records automatically the longer they stay in violation.

• Fewer duplicate rules to build and maintain.

Use case

Set a stage where violation age is 10 days or more to show Error. Set the fallback to Warning. Records in violation for fewer than 10 days show Warning, and older ones show Error.

Previous state: Announcements used Supered's default action button text and, for banners, Supered's default colors.

Improved state: You can customize the action button text on all announcement types, and the colors of banner announcements.

What's new

• Custom button text: Set your own text on the action button (for example "Fill out the form") for pop-up, slide-in, and banner announcements. It also shows in emailed announcements.

• Banner appearance: Choose the background color, text color (light or dark), button color, and button text color.

• Reset to default: Return a banner to Supered's default look in one click.

• Preview: See the banner exactly as designed before publishing.

• Banners that match your brand or stand out by urgency.

Process board notification settings now include a Preview button that shows what the notification will look like based on your current settings.

What's new

• Preview button: Available on the Notifications tab of a process board.

  • Navigation path: Process → Process Boards → 3 dots next to board name and click Edit OR click into a board and select the gear icon next to board name → Notifications

• Based on current settings: The preview reflects your current notification settings, so you can see what the notification will look like before it goes live.
