What is the Partner Dashboard?

The Partner Dashboard is a new tool to track your CAPE progress, identify training gaps (follow up with stalled members), review weekly metrics (celebrate wins and address under performers), and tap into beneficial events and resources for your team!

How do you access the Partner Dashboard?

Access the Partner Dashboard by clicking the “Partner” link on the left side menu. If you don’t see the option there, reach out to us so we can enable it for you.

What is available on the Partner Dashboard?

1. Check Certification & CAPE Progress

   • See what your current progress is and what stages you have completed

   • Review the Pathway to CAPE and steps you can take

   • See your client seat allocations and supered usage stats

2. Review Team Metrics

   • Keep track of your team’s journey through their certification program

   • This will show their % complete and what phase they’re on + what phases are completed

3. Access Partner Resources

   • Find Events & Resources in the tabs next to “Partner Performance”

   • This is an embedded Supered card that we will update with upcoming events and resources

Required Plan: Partner (WL) Standard

Change Log Notes:

This setting can be used by white label partners to remove the standard Supered onboarding learning content and replace it with their own content (using the existing custom blocks feature).

Go to Settings → Custom UI Blocks → Select the Checkbox for In App and/or Sidekick

• Hide the default Getting Started Block in Sidekick
