Supered Guides can now support “Hover” steps which is specifically useful for HubSpot’s sidebar, which requires a hover for menu options to appear.

2 Ways to Add this to your Guide:

• In the moment -

  • Start your guide recorder

  • When you’re ready to add a “hover” option, right click the page

  • Click Sidekick Guide Recorder

  • Click Capture Next Click as Hover

  • Click the location that you want guide to capture as a hover

• After the Guide is created -

  This will be useful if you accidentally click where you need to hover and don’t want to stop recording the guide.

  • Go ahead and complete the guide

  • Click Edit Guide

  • Edit the specific step that should be “hover”

  • Change the Action Type from click to hover

  • Click SAVE
