New Feature: Added Rule Type - Information

We have added a new standard rule type to the drop down selection called “Information”. This rule type allows you you to surface contextual, non-actionable information directly on HubSpot records.

What’s new:

• Rule type: “Information” is now a selection you can make for standard rule types.

• Display: The information rule type will appear in blue.

  • In the process rules list

  • On the board

  • Within HubSpot

• Behavior: These rules are purely informational and they cannot be cleared. They do not trigger errors and present no actionable prompt.
