New setting available: Rule visibility.

• Processes → Process Rules → Click into the Rule → In Page → See new section called “Rule Visibility”

What: The ability to change where process rules are visible in HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Table view: Show the process rule in list views.

• Board view: Show the process rule in card views.

• Record view: Show the process rule in record pages.

• Sidebars: Show the process rule in record sidebars.

Override: The individual rule settings will be overridden by the existing general settings.

• Ex: If all visibility is turned off, then it won’t show regardless of the individual rule settings.

Additional feature: Bulk update!

• Select the entire selection of process rules and update the visibility at once.
