Who: Everyone who utilizes Process Boards.

What: You can now SHARE your process board analytics!

How to Share:

1. Open the process board that you want to share.

2. Click the Share Analytics button on the top right.

3. Click No Access and then click Can Access to turn on the ability to share your analytics.

Notice: Turning on access to share the analytics for your process board will make it publicly accessible to anyone with or without a Supered Account. We recommend that you ONLY share this link with intended recipients and revoke access when it’s no longer needed.

4. You then have 2 options: Click Copy Link or Copy Embed Link.

   • Copy Link - Paste into a new browser and see the process board analytics on the page.

   • Copy Embed Link - Embed this into HubSpot.

     • Go into HubSpot.

     • Click Add Content on top right corner.

     • Click External Content.

     • Click Other Content.

     • Add a Title.

     • Paste the Embedded Link that you copied.

     • Click Add.

   You can then customize and resize as needed, seeing your analytics where you’re working!

*You can also embed the process board analytics ANYWHERE that you can embed content, not just HubSpot!

How to Disable:

Once you’re ready to disable access to your process board analytics, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the process board that you want to disable sharing on.

2. Click the Share Analytics button on the top right.

3. Click Can Access and then click No Access to turn off the ability to share your analytics.

This will remove the analytics from the shareable link AND anywhere you may have embedded it.
