New Feature: Slide-In Announcements & New Editor

Announcements now use a full in-page editor instead of a modal, and support a new slide-in display type that appears at the bottom right of the screen.

What's new

• Slide-in display: Shows at the bottom right without interrupting work. Suited to short how-to videos and quick tips.

• In-page editor: Write, schedule, & target announcements on the page (all options in one place).

• “Add all” option (for partners): Partners can send to all client accounts in one click.

Redesigned: everything in one place and more intuitive

• Videos & images: Embed a video (Loom and others) or upload images. Optionally add a link to watch on the original platform.

• Launch options: Publish now, schedule for later, or save as a draft. Set how many days it runs (e.g., 2 weeks).

• Audience: Send to everyone or specific people. Partners can send to all clients.

• Page targeting: Show an announcement only on selected pages.

• Completion behavior: Mark complete as soon as it is seen. Users can still complete or snooze it.

• Analytics & email: Track who has seen and interacted with each announcement, and email it from the platform.
