New Feature: Surface Hidden Violations

You can now surface hidden violations from your excluded users on your process boards.

Benefit: This can give your team better visibility into records falling outside their configured process, which is useful for data hygiene and deciding whether a user should be added to the board or mapped into Supered.

• Yellow info icon: On certain boards, this may appear in your ‘Rankings’ box and show a hidden violation count. Click this to move into ‘audit mode’.

  • Restriction: Only available when you have configured your board to either hide certain users, or only include certain users by manually adding them.

  • Behavior: Clicking the indicator opens a breakdown of the violations, including issues like unassigned records or activity from unmapped users.
