New Feature
Action Plan + Tasks
Required Plan: Everyone

🎉 Our most requested feature for action plans is here AND it’s so easy to setup.
You can now sync your Action Plan data directly into HubSpot (ticket object only right now, but more coming).
How to get started:
Navigate to an action plan instance and click the Sync to CRM button (2 opposite arrows).
If not yet connected, you'll be prompted to set up a sync — click the link and select Ticket as your object type.
Click Create All Properties to automatically create and map all 36 action plan properties in HubSpot.
If you don’t have the property created, we’ll create it for you.
“Creation Fields” only set when created. Other fields will sync each time.
Decide if you want to turn on “auto sync” (disabled by default). When enabled, all new action plans will have HubSpot records created and linked automatically.
Click Save Mapping.
Once the connection is set-up, you can:
Create Ticket — Checks for an existing matching ticket and syncs to it or creates a new ticket automatically.
Create New Ticket — Always creates a brand new ticket, regardless of existing records.
Search for a Ticket — Manually look up and connect an existing HubSpot ticket.
How syncing works:
Action plan data syncs to HubSpot automatically within ~1 minute of any change.
Syncs will also run nightly across the entire system.
You can force an immediate sync at any time with the Sync Now button.
Use cases:
Track onboarding - Track a client’s onboarding progress while in HubSpot. See how many tasks there are, how many tasks are remaining, when the action plan was assigned and completed, etc. No need to check inside the Supered app anymore!
Process rule triggers - Flag tickets where the action plan start date is over “X days old” and still incomplete or when there are X amount of overdue tasks. This could be a sign that implementation is off track.
